Valid California identification includes either a California Driver License or DMV issued I.D. card. Other types of identification, such as passports, are not accepted. if you do not have a drivers license please bring another current photo ID and proof of California residency (e.g.) utility bill, etc.
The I.D. must verify that you live in California. We can see any patient, living anywhere in California.
Once approved, with the appropriate identification and medical documentation, a patient will receive a recommendation to use medical marijuana. This recommendation is valid through out the State of California.
Your letter of recommendation will be signed by the physician. You will be given the original letter of recommendation. If you lose your original we will supply you with a replacement at no charge.
